Hi,
I've been trying to work with this assay for the last few weeks and I've found that my reduced pyridine absorbance peak isn't cleanly falling at 557nm or 550nm. Its usually right around 552-553nm (variation depending on some buffer conditions). Is this expected? What would be the Read more
