1 ml needleless syringes can be brought from any standard laboratory equipment supplier like Fisher, Sigma etc. These are the very standard syringes with a plunger diameter of about 3 or 4 mm. It doesn't really matter if this plunger diameter varies a bit, as they will usually be much smaller than most Arabidopsis rosette leaves (depending upon your line of course).
