谢谢您回答我问题，我的GFP-BCG在7H9液体培养基中已经生长了，但是快到一个月了，OD600仍未到2.0，我加的量是50微升的GFP-BCG，加到400毫升的7H9中，37度，摇床培养，生长很慢，请问老师这怎么办呢？谢谢您！
