When you are first placing the corneas onto the plate, should the 2-4 corneas be stacked on top of each other or next to each other?

I am almost sure that the corneas would be placed next to one another, but could read it the other way. So, I just wanted to make sure we were setting our cultures up correctly. Thank you!
