Brown gelatinous cloudy deposition in culture media after 48 h of mice cornea stromal cell isolation

Hello thanks a lot for sharing your protocol. I try to do for stromal cell isolation from mice cornea but after 48 h I saw a cloudy media with brown gelatinous in culture plat. I used DMEM with 1x AB (Pen-Strep).
