Dear Jing,

Unlike with Th1, Th2, Th17 in vitro differentiation, for Treg diff rTGFb1 and IL2 are sufficient to generate a high proportion of foxp3+ T cells. There is no need to add blocking antibodies. Of course you can modulate it by adding other drugs, e.g. rapamicin.
