why can't the reverse primers match?

Hello author, may I ask if I used NCBI to design primers for the first bacterium according to your method in this article, but why can't the reverse primers match? For the first bacterium, for example, what sequence should be entered at design time?

For A. baumannii, the PCR Template sequences can be referred to Table 5. The forward and reverse primers are matched to the 5' and 3' ends of the target sequences, respectively.
