I see you choose Accutase, I wonder if I can use GCDR for replacement.

We have not tried GCDR for neural induction. Accutase is an enzyme-based reagent, while GCDR is enzyme-free. Therefore, we are not sure we can use GCDR for replacement.

We recommend you use Accutase in our protocol although you can give it a try!
