I followed your protocol successfully to prepare a single-cell suspension of mouse colonic epithelial cells and attempted to directly seed these cells onto culture dishes for further cell culture. However, I observed that the cells failed to attach within over t Read more Read less more less

Hi Jian,

Thanks for reaching out.

We have used this protocol for in vitro culture of colon organoids. However we don't culture these cells in 2D, instead we embed them in matrigel to maintain a 3D structure. In our hands these cells are only able to grow in 3D. We have never attempted a 2D culture.

I hope this helps

Best,

Clara
