It is generally not advisable to inject agents that have precipitated out of solution as this alters the concentration/dosage you are administering. I suggest you explore various methods to get your compound of interest fully dissolved. E.g. referring to the vendor MDS product info about solubility limits and reconstitution protocols, gradual heating, adjusting pH, using other vehicles, etc. All of this will need to be empirically tested until you develop a method that works consistently.
