I see all the steps of how to make a ONC mouse model, but I don't know if I had done it successfully until I do the biopsy or other laboratory tests of the retina or optic nerve, so is there any manifestation of the successful ONC mouse model?

Thanks for the questions. Successful ONC models are dependent on the consistency of the operating, which requires clear ON exposure and using of cross-action forceps. Usually you can see clear crush site under microscope if you did good one.
