In the swimming motility test, can you explain in detail how you add the extract to the media to achieve its sub-MIC? For example, if the sub-MIC is 2 mg/mL and you add 25 ml of swimming media to a petri dish, does this mean you will dissolve 50 mg of extract in 25 ml of swimming media?
