  1. Actin and Tubulin are common reference genes used in B. cinerea gene expression studies-that's why we selected them for our work. We chose the primer sequences based on other work that has been published using the same genes and primer sequences: Ettenauer, J., Piñar, G., Tafer, H., and Sterflinger, K.
