Leaving oocytes at room temperature for an extended period is harmful influence. The time that the cumulus cells are placed into the hyaluronidase solution should be as short as possible. Cumulus gradually come off through repeated pipetting and washing of oocytes using glass pipette and a mouth manipulator.
