Dear colleague. Hello. We followed the recipe suggested by Cold Spring Harbor at: https://cshprotocols.cshlp.org/content/2009/12/pdb.rec12040.
Briefly, take 2.94 g of Trisodium Citrate (Dihydrate) (C6H8O7.2H2O.3Na) and carefully dissolve in 1L of distilled water. Please adjust the pH to 6.0 with 1M HCl. You may store the buffer at 4 Celsius for up to six months.
Best wishes,
Pablo
