if we have to make ML model just to decide if its protein or peptide then whether this feature (dipeptide) reveals and if its useful or not ?

I have csv files of both peptide and protein. I have to make binary classification model on it. what can be possible features i can extract, and from which library or software?. any research paper if that can help me in my objective.
