  1. Our study (and many others) find 0.016% tricane anesthesia within 30-45 min usually does not influence the blood flow obviously. The inclusion of control group also helps to differentiate the impact of anesthetics and target drugs on the blood flow.
  2. We manually select a similar region (basing on the somite number, or other anatomical markers) for the analysis.
  3. 1-2 seconds.
