Hi Bill,
I don't think we have tried with agitation during mixing but the logic makes sense and we'll try to give it a go when preparing more autolysin.
I've heard since I submitted of other labs using shorter mixing time as well and we're interested in whatever can make this protocol the most efficient and consistent. I'll be happy to amend upon successfully applying diverse suggestions.
