Is Turbofect reagent efficient for Vero E6 transfection? If it should be working, what reagent do suggest for transfection? For DNA dilution, is it preferable to dilute it in OPTIMEM and or DMEM free medium (DMEM -/-)? Thank you for your feeedback

We used TransIT-293 (Mirus) and did not optimize the Turbofect. Opti-MEM is used according to company control. Thank you.
