Why isn't peroxidases used in protocol?

protocol Protocol: Detection of Hydrogen Peroxide by DAB Staining in Arabidopsis Leaves

If DAB is oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of peroxidases, so why isn't peroxidases used in protocol, such as HRP?
