How to set Scale correctly for NeuronJ?

Hi dear,

How do you Set Scale for NeuronJ. I have followed the step as mentioned in Fig. A but after tracing the root length, the measured root length not according to scale, i.e. higher than the set scale. Please can you trouble shoot this step, thanks
