Concentration of Hormones

Hello,

We noticed that the protocol directs us to make a 1mg/mL concentration of 6-BA, and 1mg/mL 2,4-D for 20mL. The CIM then uses 100uL of 1mg/L. Does this mean we will have 20 L of hormones? Additionally, this concentration is less than the papers cited. Can you please clarify.
