In general, the lyophilized primers are stored for a long time, and the lyophilized primers in our laboratory indicate that the shelf life is eight months, but I have some uncommonly used primers that have not yet begun to use lyophilized tubes, and have been stored in the -20 refrigerator, one of which has been stored for about two years, and then diluted after adding ddH2O to dissolve according to the steps when using, which can be used normally.
