The soil burial experiment for the microbial degradation of material can be performed by two methods.

1. Natural microflora, using the microorganisms existing in natural soils

2. Microbial inoculum, using the specified microorganisms

Other conditions, such as moisture, light (radiation), and temperature, can be used to accelerate the degradation of both methods.

For the question raised, the microbial inoculum can be used in the soil burial experiment.
