I use skim milk to dilute the antibody to make an incubation solution when testing a phosphorylated protein, I want to know if this antibody solution can be reused?

Yes, phosphorylated antibodies can be reused just like ordinary antibodies. I usually incubate the primary antibody at 4 degrees, which is not only conducive to the binding of antigens and antibodies, but also appropriately prolongs the storage time of antibodies. However, it is recommended not to dilute phosphorylated antibodies with skimmed milk, because the protein in it is rich, including phosphorylated protein, and it is easy to produce non-specific binding, and you can dilute the antibody with 5% BSA.
Hope this helps!
