From my understanding you have a baculovirus with the Human ACE2 expressed. Can you share it with other investigators?

Capital Medical University

We transfected the bacmid into sf9 cells and expressed the protein using High five cells. The protocols of transfection, virus amplification and expression are from Invitrogen.
