Can I run a single RealTime PCR experiment with 2 different Annealing Temperatures?

Here are two pairs of primers, corresponding to different annealing temperatures. Whether I can run my experiment at the same time on the device of Applied Biosystems '7500 Real-Time PCR System' ?

If there is an option to set the gradient on the RT-PCR machine, primers with different annealing temperatures can be covered. If this option is not available, it must be run separately. In addition, you can try to use two-step method to run RT-PCR.
