The essence of the real-time PCR was PCR amplification. Agarose gel can be used for semi-quantitative analysis of gene expression by analyzing the brightness of the target band. Thus, the products of real-time quantitative PCR can be run on agarose gel. It should be noted that the concentration of agarose gel should be set according to the size of the amplified fragment.
