Why are there so many black spots on my PVDF membrane while running a western blot?

When I want to detect the content of OPA1 in 293T cells by western blot?there are so many black spots on my PVDF membrane.

(1) Insoluble material appeared in the blocking solution. Insoluble particles adhere to the membrane, resulting in black spots on the membrane. The blocking solution can be fully dissolved before blocking.


(2) Insufficient wash time with PBST, you can increase the number of washes.
