In WB, after electrophoresis transfer, why there are too many bubbles in the membrane?

Usually, it is because you failed to squeeze the bubbles between the membrane and the gel. Use new filter paper that is good quality. Just wear a pair of clean rubber gloves to squeeze the bubbles between the membrane and gel. Sweep it with great patience and care.
