For the Fructose-Palmitate-Cholesterol diet (FPC, Envigo, #TD. 160785 PWD)-induced NASH model, we fed the male mice (10-12 wks old in C57BL/6J background) for 16 wks to develop F1 stage fibrosis. For the choline-deficient, L-amino acid-defined, high-fat diet (HF-CDAA, Research Diets, #A06071302)-induced NASH model, we fed the male mice (10-12 wks old in C57BL/6J background) for 8 wks or 12 wks to develop F2 stage fibrosis. The detailed information can be found in one published paper (PMID: 31630534).
