Microarray experiments for artemisinin B, doxorubicin and dexrazoxane were performed with 10 µM concentration for artemisinin B and dexrazoxane on AC16 cells for 24 h, whereas the IC50 concentration was used for doxorubicin (1.918 µM). RNA extraction and quality control were performed as previously described (Yan et al. 2020). Microarray analyses using the Affymetrix Clariom S assay (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA, USA) chips according to the manufacturer protocol were conducted by the Genomics and Proteomics Core Facility at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ, Heidelberg). Statistical analysis was performed with the Chipster software (Helsinki, Finland).
