The TCGA Firehose Ovarian Cancer data set contains both genomic and clinical outcomes data,¹⁹ including both genome-wide copy number assessments for more than 20 000 genes and overall survival data for nearly 600 patients with ovarian cancer, some with more than 10 years of follow-up. Race/ethnicity data were self-reported. The TCGA Firehose database was last accessed on July 2, 2020; analyses reflected these data. CNV data used the provided Genomic Identification of Significant Targets in Cancer (GISTIC)²⁰ calls directly without further tuning.
