For heat treatment, 5-day-old WT, bag2, bag6 and bag2 bag6 seedlings were exposed to 45 °C for 45 min. After three days of recovery at 22 °C, the seedlings’ survival rate was counted [15]. For the measurement of chlorophyll content, mesophyll cells were spectrophotometrically measured as previously reported [45].
