Cells were seeded into six-well plates at a density of 5000 cells/well and treated with different concentrations of QTMP (5~20 μg/ml) for 48 h. Cells were shifted into drug-free fresh medium for two weeks and were then fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, stained with crystal violet for 40 min and photographed with a digital camera (26, 27).
