The mESCs treated with 16 μg/mL GOs for 3 days were collected after being trypsinized as single cells. The cells were cultured in differential culture medium (with 15% fetal bovine serum, 1 mM L-glutamine [Gibco], and 1% nonessential amino acids in high-glucose DMEM). Embryonic, body-like spheres formed after 3 days were detected under the microscope.
