The transfected LNCaP cells and C4-2 cells were resuspended, and then adjusted to 5×104 cells/mL. One hundred µL cell suspension was inoculated into a 96-well plate. After 8, 24, 48, and 72 h of inoculation, 10 µL Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) reagent was added to each well. After incubation for 1 h, the absorbance value of cells in each well at 450 nm was detected by an automatic multifunctional enzyme plate analyzer.
