The effect of heat on the CUR solubility in MCT oil was studied over a temperature range of 37–100 °C using a water bath. 1 mg/mL CUR was prepared using MCT and heated from 37 to 100 °C. At specific intervals (37 °C, 50 °C, 60 °C, 70 °C, 80 °C, 90 °C, 100 °C), samples were collected to be examined spectrophotometrically at 425 nm, as stated in Section 2.6 above. All absorbance readings were measured in triplicate and averaged.
