It is a self-completed questionnaire by the user and it assesses the impact that the device has on the person. Through 26 questions, it tries to detect how the device has brought about a perception of change with respect to one’s availability for new experiences (6 questions), skills (ability to cope with daily activities and challenges—12 questions), and self-esteem (security and self-confidence—8 questions). Every question is answered on a visual scale marked by −3 (the device has strongly limited my independence) to + 3 (the device has greatly improved my independence) [35].
