2.6. Subcutaneous xenograft nude mouse model

NSCLC cells were injected subcutaneously into nude mice in a total volume of 100 μL (5 × 106 cells) and the mice were assigned doxycycline (4 mg/mL) treatment, which was conducted twice a week. At the end of the experiment, the mice were anesthetized. Then, the tumors were resected, formalin fixed, and paraffin embedded.
