Cells were seeded in 96-well plate and incubated with trametinib (0.001 nM–100 nM), and buparlisib (5 nM–50 μM) for 72 h. The number of viable cells was determined according to the manufacturer’s protocol using an MTT assay (Sigma, cat # M6494) and a plate reader.
