EQE measurements were performed in air using a Lambda950 (Perkin Elmer) spectrophotometer as a light source. The output light of the monochromator was chopped at a frequency of 273 Hz (Thorlabs, Thorlabs MC2000B). The photocurrent signal was fed to a current pre-amplifier (Femto, DLPCA-200) before being analyzed with a lock-in amplifier (Stanford Research Systems, SR860). The EQE system was calibrated using a NIST-calibrated silicon (Newport, 818-UV) and germanium (Newport, 818-IR) photodiode sensor. A detailed description of the EQE setup is provided elsewhere32.
