A549, H1975, H1734, and Calu-3 and BEAS-2B cell lines were purchased at American Type Culture Collection (Manassas, VA, USA). STR identification and mycoplasma detection were performed. All the cells were cultured in Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA, SH30243.01) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA, 10270-106) at 37 °C in an atmosphere containing 5% CO2.
