The light to heat conversion performances of the BGNPs were evaluated using the abovementioned integrated setup. Volumes of 200 μL of the different solutions was used to carry out all the PTT measurements. Different concentrations of BGNPs (0.25, 0.1, 0.05, 0.025 mM Au0) were prepared by diluting the stock solution with milliQ water.
