COV as an Adherence Measure

In addition to measuring adherence according to BAASIS, adherence was measured by splitting the study population into high COV and low COV cohorts. The cutoff point between the 2 cohorts was set at the median COV value for the population, as previously done in other studies.^14,32 In addition, COV was used as a continuous variable to examine the relationship between COV with age at transplant, estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), and tac dose using a linear regression model.
