In addition to measuring adherence according to BAASIS, adherence was measured by splitting the study population into high COV and low COV cohorts. The cutoff point between the 2 cohorts was set at the median COV value for the population, as previously done in other studies.14,32 In addition, COV was used as a continuous variable to examine the relationship between COV with age at transplant, estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), and tac dose using a linear regression model.
