The cells washed with PBS twice, and digested with trypsin, then resuspend the cells with serum-free medium to obtain suspension contains 1×107 cells in 200 μL. Three weeks old nude mice (BALB/c nude mice) were fed for 1 week, and each was subcutaneously inoculated with 1×107/200 μL cells on the right axillary wall. Observe the growth of the tumor daily, and use a vernier caliper to measure the tumor volume after the tumor emerges. Tumor volume = (D× 2)/2 (D represents the long diameter of the tumor and d represents the short diameter of the tumor). Observe and measure every 3 days to calculate the relative tumor volume (RTV). The average growth volume of the transplanted tumor in each group of animals was used to draw the growth curve of the transplanted tumor. At the end of the experiment, the nude mice were photographed on the ultra-clean workbench, the tumor was completely peeled off, the size of the tumor was measured with a vernier caliper, the weight of the transplanted tumor was weighed with an electronic balance, the tumor was taken out with surgical scissors, and the picture was taken.
