Tumor IMmune Estimation Resource 2.0 (TIMER 2.0; http://timer.comp-genomics.org/) is a reliable tool that provides systematic evaluations of different immune cell infiltration (33). TIMER 2.0 was employed to investigate the relationship between ALOX5AP expression and the infiltration of different macrophage types in RNA‐seq human ovarian cancer samples from TCGA. The gene markers of M1 and M2 macrophages were referenced from prior studies (34).
