The study was performed in two different classrooms. Physiological measurements and self-administered questionnaires were obtained in a training classroom while practical skills were evaluated in the simulation classroom. A simulated cardiac arrest scenario was used to monitor the performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) maneuvers. The scheme of the simulation procedure is presented in Figure 1. Participants were asked to perform CPR individually without receiving feedback of any type. The same protocol was applied to each group on different days between January and February of 2019.
