ELISA analysis of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 levels

Blood was collected (1 ml) from I/R model mice following 24 h reperfusion. The serum was obtained by centrifugation at 3,000 × g for 10 min at 4°C. The serum levels of TNF-α (cat. no. MTA00b), IL-1β (cat. no. MLB00C) and IL-6 (cat. no. M6000B) were analyzed using commercial ELISA kits (R&D Systems, Inc.), according to the manufacturer's protocol on a microplate reader (cat. no. CA94089; Molecular Devices, LLC).
