Flow Cytometry Analysis of Jurkat Cell Line

The expression level of CD25 on the cellular surface of Jurkat cell line was identified by flow cytometry. Approximately, 5×105 Jurkat cells were washed three times and re-suspended in a total volume of 100 μL PBS. 0.125 μg of CD25 mAb-PE (BC96) (eBioscience, USA) and 0.5 μg of Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control, PE (eBioscience, USA) were mixed, and the cells were kept for 30 min at RT and darkness. After washing with PBS, cells were evaluated with Cell Quest Pro software in a FACS Callibour (BD Biosciences, USA) instrument.
